Proteco inner trolley for the BS 800+ chain rail, designed to transmit movement between the drive system and the outer trolley assembly.

The Proteco BS 800+ Inner Trolley is a mechanical replacement component installed inside the chain rail of the garage door opener, travelling along the rail during opening and closing cycles.

It works together with the chain drive and outer trolley assembly, transferring the movement generated by the motor to the carriage system responsible for moving the garage door.

Its compact plastic construction allows it to travel within the rail profile and correctly engage with the corresponding trolley assembly.

It is particularly suitable for replacing an worn, broken, deformed or loose inner trolley, allowing the affected component to be repaired without replacing the complete rail or garage door opener.

Compatible with the chain-rail system used with the Proteco BS 800+.

IMPORTANT: this product includes ONLY the inner trolley. Outer/release trolley, chain, rail, motor, door arm and other components are not included.

The Proteco BS 800+ Inner Trolley is a mechanical component installed inside the garage door opener rail and forms part of the chain-drive system.

During operation, the inner trolley follows the drive movement along the rail and engages with the outer trolley assembly, allowing motor movement to be transferred towards the garage door.

Unlike the outer trolley, which is associated with the door arm and manual release system, the inner trolley operates inside the rail as a drive and coupling component.
